Capturing the essence of the movie in the poster is essential as it dictates all of the design choices you’ll be making. In this project, students will be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills acquired through the prior exercises performed in this class through the design of a movie poster.
Reflection
In this project, I have developed freehand drawing skills through the tutorial exercises to discover the combination of self-expression, natural and man-made object drawing, architectural lettering, tonal values and rendering. I have learned to choose colour pencils as the medium to portray the essence of the movie.
