Reflection

From this module, I have learned about how the climate and location affects the design of a building.  Sun path, wind rose, psychrometric charts and bioclimatic charts are useful in designing a building in terms of size and location of shading devices and fenestrations. Furthermore, I have fully understood the term Thermal Comfort and factors affecting it.

From Assignment 1 (creative essay) ,  I gained a lot more knowledge about sustainability in buildings and the actions taken towards making a building more sustainable.

From Assignment 2 (case study), I have learned how to assess the lighting in a space and the application used to run lighitng analysis. On top of that, I have done researched on the materials and passive features of the Bagsvaerd Church which will be beneficial to my future projects.
